Popfly is an all-in-one creator marketing platform built to help adventure/outdoor brands discover creators, collaborate, and track results. After securing $2M+ in seed funding to scale, they needed to move fast: expand awareness, prove the strength of their creator network, and show brands what “high-caliber creators” on Popfly actually look like in the real world.
Across multiple activations in 2025, I supported Popfly with premium creator-led content, ambassadorship, and in-person brand representation. Helping them build trust with creators and give brands tangible proof of the creator community Popfly was building.

Popfly was in growth mode and needed stronger awareness from both sides of the marketplace:

What we built
1) “Proof of quality” content for brands
Instead of telling brands “we have great creators,” we showed it. Through polished, story-driven assets that reflect the caliber Popfly wants to attract.
2) “Dream life” positioning for creators
We created content that reinforces Popfly’s promise: creators can travel, create, and get paid. Making the platform feel like a vehicle for freedom and opportunity.
3) Trust through proximity (IRL events)
At Snowbound Expo in Boston, Popfly’s “IRL” presence turned the creator network from abstract to real. Brands could meet creators face-to-face and understand what Popfly is building.

What changed
Stronger creator-side interest: more people asking “how do you make money with content?” and “where do I start?” → routed to Popfly.
Stronger brand-side confidence: visual proof + creator representation helped validate Popfly’s marketplace story during a key scaling year.
