Driving more bookings to a Scottsdale Luxury Home with a resort-style film - Wander

After a major renovation, a Wander Scottsdale property needed more than standard listing photos to stand out in the luxury short-term rental market. The owner had added premium amenities such as a pickleball court, golf simulator, steam showers, upgraded kitchen/floors, so the marketing needed to communicate an elevated, resort/oasis experience.

We produced a hotel-style lifestyle commercial (Radisson Blu / Marriott vibes) showing real people using the amenities to sell the feeling of the stay, not just the floorplan. Deliverables included a horizontal hero film for the Wander property listing, a vertical social cut, and a reusable b-roll library for ongoing promotion.

By the numbers

  • Increase in bookings after updating the listing with our film

  • 1 luxury property film production (Scottsdale, AZ)

  • 2 hero edits delivered: 1 horizontal (website/listing) + 1 vertical (social, 6k views)

  • B-roll asset library delivered for future marketing

  • Upgraded amenities featured: pickleball, golf simulator, steam showers, luxury kitchen + finishes

Objective

A Wander property owner had just completed high-end renovations and needed to increase bookings quickly.

The problem

Before the project, the listing relied on standard real estate photos, which:

  • didn’t differentiate the home from other luxury rentals

  • didn’t show how it feels to stay there

  • under-sold the upgraded amenities and “resort” vibe

The goal

Create a premium booking asset that:

  • positions the home as a luxury, resort-like oasis

  • showcases the new amenities through lifestyle scenes

  • increases booking confidence and urgency (“I want to stay there”)

Services

  • Creative direction + concept development

  • Lifestyle production (hotel-style commercial)

  • Crew coordination + shoot execution

  • Editing + delivery for multi-channel use

  • B-roll capture + asset library packaging

Impact

What we built

1) A resort-style lifestyle film (not a walkthrough)
Instead of a room-by-room tour, we created a “stay experience” film: arrival, relaxation, and amenity moments that help viewers picture themselves there.

2) A conversion asset for the listing page
The horizontal edit was built to live on the property listing to increase desire and reduce booking hesitation.

3) Ongoing marketing assets
The b-roll library gave Wander and the owner more runway for future posts, ads, and updates beyond the initial launch.

Result

Bookings improved after the new listing assets went live, and both Wander and the property owner were highly satisfied with the final deliverables.
